One word for you...Yum-O! There is not much better than coming home to the delicious aroma of something savory cooking in the crock pot. This morning before I left for work, I threw a bunch of ingredients in my fancy new crock pot, set the time, and took off. I forgot all about it while at work, but when I arrived home, all I had to do was open my car door and the smell drifted past my nose. Mmmmmm good! We devoured the beef stew. There's not a drop left. It's 7 PM. The kids have been fed, the kitchen has been cleaned, teeth have been brushed, stories have been read, prayers have been said, now both are tucked in for the night. Lesson of the Day: Use crock pot more often.
